Current Process

OUR AGENCIES

We have now almost completely moved to electronic voucher systems and most of our previous agencies (and some new ones) have implemented this.

When you contact them, they will take your details, and email the foodbank and yourself a voucher. You can print it out or take it on a mobile phone to show to the distribution point for collections. Whilst we encourage collection, if you are self-isolating, or cannot get out for any other reason, please make it clear to the agency who will then request a delivery.

PARCEL DELIVERY AND COLLECTION

We currently run three Foodbank distribution points where you can obtain your food parcel:

BURGESS HILL - collection and delivery. Tuesday and Thursday 11am - 1pm and Saturday 10am - 12pm

For delivery, request via the agency when you request your voucher (cut-off 4pm the day before)

HASSOCKS - collection only Monday and Friday 10am - midday
HURSTPIERPOINT - delivery only on Wednesday and Friday, request via email to hurstfb@gmail.com (cut-off 5pm day before)
